Introduction

The Block my Caller ID for Forwarded calls feature allows you to block your phone’s identity to external parties when they receive a transferred or forwarded call from your number. Callers will see “anonymous”. This feature will not block your identity for internal calls from within your Enterprise or Site.

Configuring Block My Caller ID for Forwarded Calls

  1. From the My Phone Next Portal, click on the Call Settings menu option.
  2. Then select the Additional Features tab within the Call Setting page.
  3. To enable Block my Caller ID for Forwarded Calls, click on the toggle button to the right of the text. When it’s enabled, it will turn to color from grayscale. To disable, click on the toggle button again, when disabled, it should change from color back to grayscale.
  4. Click the Save button.
