Introduction

Should you forget or misplace your My Phone Next password, you can easily reset it.

Resetting Your My Phone Next Password

  1. From the login page of the My Phone Next Portal, click the Forgot your password link.
  2. Click image for large view
  3. Enter your Username.
  4. Click the Reset Password link.

  6. Your temporary password will be emailed to you.
  7. Note: If the temporary password is not changed within these 24 hours, you will need to follow the password reset procedure again.

  8. Once you have retrieved the temporary password, return to the My Phone Next log in page and enter your Username and temporary Password.
  9. You will be prompted to change your Password. Choose a replacement Password and enter it in the New Password field and confirm the new password.
  10. Then, click Change Password. You will then be routed to the My Phone Next Portal.

Note: New passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 10 characters long
  • Does not contain the username, telephone number or alternate ID
  • Contains at least one character from each category:
    • Uppercase Letters
    • Lowercase Letters
    • Numbers
    • Non-alphanumeric characters
    • It must be changed after 90 days
