Transferring Calls


Introduction

If you are on an active call, you can transfer calls to another contact within the company directory or an ad-hoc number. This article provides details on the different types of call transfers with UC-One Connect related topics.

How to Perform a Blind Transfer

  1. To perform a Blind Transfer while on an active call, tap the Options icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

  3. Then, select Transfer.

  5. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.

  7. Then, tap Transfer to. The call will be transferred.

How to Perform an Attended Transfer

  1. To perform an Attended Audio Transfer while on an active call, tap the Options icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

  3. Then, select Transfer.
  4. Click image for large view
  5. Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
  6. Select the contact then select, Call First.

  8. Once the third-party answers, tap Complete to complete the transfer.
