How to Perform a Blind Transfer
- To perform a Blind Transfer while on an active call, tap the Options icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Then, select Transfer.
- Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
- Then, tap Transfer to. The call will be transferred.
How to Perform an Attended Transfer
- To perform an Attended Audio Transfer while on an active call, tap the Options icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Then, select Transfer.
- Enter the name, partial name, or phone number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
- Select the contact then select, Call First.
- Once the third-party answers, tap Complete to complete the transfer.
